Around 400 guests, including former employees, countless customers from around the world, and almost every Gauselmann AG management board, celebrated the 25th anniversary of GeWeTe Geldwechsel-und Sicherheitsteknik GmbH, which is headquartered in Mecernich near North Rain-Westphalia/Germann, in late June. In the afternoon, countless customers also had the opportunity to visit the Mecernich plant. This proud anniversary was celebrated at the 'Phantasialand' Adventure Park in Brühl.

With more than 60,000 systems installed around the world and a unique product portfolio in the industry, GeWeTe is a leading supplier of cash processing systems. Since 1993, GeWeTe has been developing, producing, and selling currency exchange systems, pay stations, and ticket vending machines for domestic and international markets at its Mecernich location. Approximately 120 employees work at the Mecernich production and development sites, and 15 additional employees are employed at GeWeTe locations in the UK, Spain, and Italy.
