En CESU l'employeur peut modifier le nombre d'heure de travail par mois ?

Bonsoir, je suis employée par un particulier employeur et j'ai un CDI de 80 heures par mois. Est-ce que l'employeur peut décider certains mois de modifier mon planning et me payer par exemple que 60 heures ? Merci

Bonjour, Ton employeur n’a pas le droit de réduire le nombre de tes heures de travail et de fait ta rémunération, sans ton accord. Si ton contrat de travail stipule 80 heures par mois, il doit respecter ces 80 heures chaque mois.

Oui, il est toujours préférable de le formaliser par écrit et de le lui adresser par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Ceci pourra faire office de preuve en cas de litige.
