Bonjour j ai un chèque non signé en ma possession la personne fais la sourde oreille quels recours ai je svp . merci

Bonjour,

c'est très mal de vous dire cela. Mais les banques ne vérifient les signatures qu'en cas de litige, donc si vous pouvez prouver que cette personne vous doit une somme.
Signez le vous même et ça passera.
