Je me trouve dans un cas particulier ou la municipalité de ma commune délivre, a un de nos voisin de notre lotissement en copropriété, une attestation de non-opposition a un copropriétaire voulant détacher une parcelle.

Bonjour, qu'entendez-vous par le détachement d'une parcelle ? Une nouvelle division des lots ? Une nouvelle division qui vous désavantage ensuite ?

Il s'agit d'un découpage d'un lot existant en deux parcelles distingues, ce qui augmente le nombre de lot initial de 19 à 20. Le problème de fond selon moi c'est que si tous les colotis acceptent le lotissement sort de son objet initial. Merci de votre réponse
