Je suis une ado de 16 ans (une fille)
J'essaye de développer du muscle (au niveau du bras) affin de devenir un petit peu plus forte et d'avoir plus de force.
J'aimerais savoir si faire 10minutes d'altére tout les jours est efficace sur le long terme ?
