Bonsoir, Je suis propriétaire d'un logement occupé par la même personne depuis 2 ans. Un radiateur s'est décroché du mur. A qui appartient-il de le refixer ? Merci d'avance.

Comment s’est-il décroché? Car si c'est parce que le locataire n'a pas effectué les entretiens courants sur l'équipement en question, la charge de la réparation lui revient. Mais au contraire s'il a bien effectué des entretiens réguliers sur le radiateur et que ce dernier s'est quand même détaché, vous devez le refixer. D'après les informations que j'ai pu lire sur ce site: https://www.pratique.fr/location-reparations-a-charge-locataire.html#titre-parag-2 , sont à la charge du locataire les réparations courantes et d'entretien comme le remplacement des joints et des robinets des radiateurs.
