taxe foncière d'un appartement principal en résidence secondaire?

je suis propriétaire d'un appartement que j'occupais en tant que résidence principale. depuis trois mois je l'ai mis en vente et je vis à titre gratuit chez un ami.

que devient ma taxe foncière? mon appartement passe-t-il en résidence secondaire et donc la taxe foncière se transforme-t-elle aussi en taxe foncière secondaire?

D’après mes connaissances, si tu possèdes une résidence secondaire, tu peux bénéficier d’une exonération partielle ou totale temporaire sur la taxe foncière. Par contre, il faut savoir que les résidences secondaires ne bénéficient pas les mêmes avantages que les résidences principales.
